Tony Kosinec - All Things Come From God

September 1973 - Toronto CHUM chart highest position: 10

I was listening to the radio in 1973 and remembered that this song existed, but I didn't recall it at all when listening to it just now. It's 1970s-style progressive rock and sounds very much like what Yes was doing at about this time.

Tony Kosinec was born in Leeds, England, but was raised in Toronto. He started his music career in 1969. "All Things Come From God" was his only charting record in Canada; as far as I know, it didn't chart in the United States.

After this, Kosinec continued his music career and branched out into writing advertising songs and jingles, including co-writing the "OK Blue Jays" theme song that is played during the seventh-inning stretch at every Toronto Blue Jays home game. He also has composed music for several television shows. He last released an album in 2000.

I couldn't find a date of birth for him and I do not know whether he is still alive. Searches turned up biographies of him on last.fm and the Museum of Canadian Music website. I also found an article written by his daughter at the time that the Blue Jays were in the postseason in 2025.
