Natalie Mae Coe, Countess Vitetti (1910-1987) has a Wikipedia page, though it may be deleted by the time you read this, as she might not be famous enough for Wikipedia.
In 1934, Ms. Coe married Commendatore Leonardo Vitetti from the Italian embassy. They had one child. He became Count Vitetti in 1938, which made her a Countess. According to her Find a Grave entry, she had three older brothers and outlived all of them.
