A search for Count Ermak Harkovsky turned up a few mentions of wrestling matches from the early 1930s that featured him. This wrestling discussion board contains references to him: apparently, he was from Russia, wrestled in Europe until 1928, and then spent a year learning American-style wrestling before entering competitions on this side of the pond. I couldn't find any references to him that were later than 1933.
