To me, this seems like straightforward rock, complete with slide guitar. It reminded me a bit of Foghat.
The Seeds Of Time were from Vancouver. They don't appear to have made any inroads in the United States or anywhere else outside of Canada.
The band broke up in 1975. Three of its members eventually formed Prism, who had a successful career between 1977 and 1984.
